Why ask a question if you're not willing to hear answers you don't like? Breh obviously lives in Cali where it's common for STEM majors to make close to six figures in entry level positions.

Location plays a big role. You might want to edit your post to also ask what state the job was in so their answers would make more sense.

An entry level engineer in Texas or North Dakota can easily clear high 5 figures into low six figures as a salary.

Developer (computer science) type of shyt probably the same.

Finance (ib analysts) probably doing the same

Jobs are in demand, areas probably high cost of living will drive up that salary

What exactly were you looking for in this thread as far as answers? Check glass door for avg salary based on position
