He's holding out hope they can make the playoffs, that door is shut IMO, the Cavs are gonna get the Hawks spot and the Bobcats look pretty decent so I can see them holding their spot.

Dumars is gonna lose his job for the Smith debacle, should trade him now for a salary dump, it'll improve them by being able to play Singler at the 3 and you could move Stuckey or KCP into the 2. Be bad enough to get a lottery pick, and still develop Drummond/Monroe the way they should have done.
