I wrote this shyt YEARS ago. Any time you force the Spurs offense to run through him he's guaranteed to make some sort of error, whether taking a dumb ass shot or turning the ball over.

Nothing has changed.

What are the Spurs supposed to do though, give the ball to Parker and watch him either chuck a bad shot, or throw a bailout pass with 5 left on the shot clock?

Spurs have no closer

Manu is straight but he's never been a superstar. He's a classic 6th man. Instant O off the bench who can give you good minutes at times but can't be depended on to be a go to guy.

People acted like Pop was a genius asking Ginobili to come off but that's really what he's built for. :yeshrug:

Couldn't agree more. Considering his work as MVP for the Heat last year, I'm trying my best to wipe the slate clean for this series and say the past is the past. He hasn't played badly EXCEPT when his bytchass didn't get the call he wanted in that last minute and then decides to throw a really dumb pass inside that got took.

lol. This site is turning into shyt. Fits the Parker thread and now this. Genobli in the mid 2000's before all the injuries was one of top sg.

Only issue is he loses his composure whenever he doesn't get his calls

They have no choice but to run through Manu because LeBron is guarding Parker

If Leonard isn't in foul trouble, they should post him up on Allen or whatever small is guarding him

Diaw has to be more aggressive as he was vs. OKC... he's getting open shots and small guys on him and instead is looking to pass first and pass second

Diaw is on his heels guarding Lebron.

I don't know....I think the Heat are more equipped to beat the Spurs this year than last.

I'm not sure if the Heat are better equipped. LeBron making jumpers certainly helps. Doing what DAL did in running them off 3 helps

But will MIA continue to play big ? Or go back to spacing?

I got to see how SA comes back in MIA but the Heat have played better in about 5 or 6 of the 8 quarters while the Spurs aren't making adjustments and playing a black hole like Belinelli doesn't help either

I think Bosh creating so much spacing with his shot is a problem for the Spurs. The Heat literally can have 4 shooters around Lebron now and I'm not sure anything the Spurs can do anything to stop that.

3 1/2 because they will just play off of Wade.

Bosh
Lewis
Lebron
Ray
Wade

hard lineup to deal with defensively, but offensively you should be able to live in the post and dominate the glass.
