Not entirely true. They do get that work in Nigeria too. The former governor of my state got stoned in public. The current president get ridiculed more than Biden and Trump put together.
If that scene happened in Nigeria, bodyguards would grab his phone and beat him up. But I don't even see him getting that close to the minister in Nigeria in the first place, unless he's a member of the press.
