Dope song, cannot wait for the album. I swear Phonte is so criminally overlooked. I myself sort of overlooked him when he was with Little Brother initially even though I am from NC. I was definitely sleeping though. He has been one of my favorite artists for years now ever since I went back and truly examined more of the Little Brother albums and mixtapes, as well as his music as part of Foreign Exchange.

I actually prefer Phonte singing at this point and he's a fantastic MC. I just don't care bout new rap really.

both tracks are 10/10s, I'll have to add Pity to my version when the album drops. I was kind of ehhh on Authenticity, loved about half of the album but could've did without the other half(especially when they got too "folksy") but the direction they've taken their sound with on these 2 songs has me amped.
