I live 5 mins from the mall and rarely go. Anyways my brother in law was shopping for a suit for a wedding and I met them at the mall to see them and my nieces. Anyways I was walking around the mall and I noticed hella stores were empty like Forever 21

I order all my stuff online. My size is easy to shop for so no problems there.

Low end brands are getting washed out. There's just not enough profit margin, and theres just too much competition. When is the last time you've seen a store like Louis Vuitton or Gucci, have to close their stores?

Most women are too broke to shop there, and the ones with money have have alternatives whose garments are of far superior quality. The only Mall store worth spending your money at is J. Crew. Every other store is hawking cheaply made garbage.

Plus the price as well as you mention forever 21 sells a pants for 15 dollars prob cost like 4 dollars to make.

Gucci sells a pants for 750 dollars prob cost like 20 dollars to make

Malls in other countries, especially third world countries be crackin. Reminds me of how the malls were back in the 90s. That atmosphere still exist in those malls. And yes even ARCADES ate crackin in those malls

The Roosevelt Field mall here on Long Island is packed every time I go. It looks like the clothing stores there are doing pretty well, including H&M (not sure about Forever 21).
