don't compare yourself to others and don't concern yourself with others looking down on you. you know the difference between right and wrong, positive and negative. so just do the right thing and try to be positive... everyday.
stay away from any media that brings you down - even if it means reading threads on here, for example - pay attention and become aware of what you consume. not just something at the store, but also what your mind comes in contact with.
you're not alone.
with pain, there is gain.

It sounds like your problem is you idealize women. If you have Netflix, you should check out the Star Trek: TNG episodes "Booby Trap" and "Galaxy's Child." These are two of my favorite episodes of the series, and the speech Guinan gives to Geordi in "Galaxy's Child" is some real shyt about how you shouldn't do that.
