I don't know why people thought he had a chance. He had a monster hit seven years ago. Think about the state of music in 2014 and the state of music now. What you were doing, where your mind was at that time compared to now. Many artists had their one hit in 2014 and couldn't repeat it, so the industry got rid of them. Bobby is no different.

It would be different if he was working with newer artists, paid attention to the craft over the years, kept his focus, but according to posters here, he hasn't been doing any of that. He got out of jail and started dancing. And there's nothing wrong with that, but what's the difference between him and every other artist that got a little buzz seven years ago?
