Already told my people what to do for me. Cremate me and throw into a body of water somewhere. I don't want no reception either. Just go back to the crib, talk shyt and tell stories about me for a few hours and then get on with your lives. :manny:

Oh yeah, and don't fukk any of my women.... At least not for a few months. :ehh:

You can tell by how much an average funeral costs that this shyt is a huge hustle. No reason a funeral should cost that much. And it's a business that simply has to thrive because dying is a natural part of living, so to speak.

It's a shame you cant just dig a hole yourself and throw your relative in there. I mean if you own property, and can dig the hole yourself, why not? It's a hustle, just like everything else in this dollar rules greedy demonic society. Cremation is the closest you have to keeping it simplistic and saving a buck or two and that's too expensive. It's ridiculous.

If your family is in town, I don't think embalming is even required, unless it is a legal requirement. Have a viewing at the funeral home in a borrowed casket and then cremation. Or choose a less expensive casket. I remember when my mom passed the funeral home had fabric covered cardboard caskets that were simply made but nice.

Besides the casket there are transportation fees, fees for the vault, opening an closing the grave, the plot itself, a headstone or grave marker, etc. It can all add up pretty quickly but there are inexpensive options. People probably spend more than necessary out of a sense of guilt or trying to impress other people. It's probably a good idea to at least do a little research on these kinds of things before that unfortunate time, and to take a third party with you to help you make rational decisions. It can be an extremely difficult, emotional time.

Good gracious...

Some of you all don't have no sense of tradition at all...

I understand not wasting unnecessary money on a funeral but, all this talk of "OMG! JUST BURY ME IN THE GRASS OR BURN ME ALIVE BECAUSE I'M SO EDGY fukk THE ESTABLISHMENT!" is just ugh...

My funeral is going to be the greatest of all time...

Singing...dancing...good food...

Come back once a year for a praise report...

Mmmhmmm!

I just came from a friends funeral today, and it came out to around 5 racks just like the guy said(not including the money spent on the food for the repast)

But yea l could tell its BIG business @ the funeral homes..they had 3 different bodies(including my deceased friend) suited up in three different rooms for the wake..one was a old lady & the other was a young, 19-20 yr old looking kid..he didnt even look dead either smh
