Front office better be careful or their tanking could have a negative psychological impact on these guys going forward:francis:

Could have? Russel, Randle, Nance are all suffering with inconsistent minutes and I'm sure Scott doesn't talk to them at all.

idt it's at an irreversible point yet, but their growth definitely isn't where it could be:patrice:

Lol..people making way too much of this.. Byron may not be a top coach anymore. But, we talking bout a rookie PG. Russell needs the pacing.

He just don't like the Lakers.

How can you say D Russ might be the best passer you ever saw when you're old enough to have watched Magic Johnson?:martin:

How so? He's stunting the growth of a player who's potentially their franchise guy. Byron isn't "pacing" him, he's holding him back. This is the time you just let the young players go out there and develop a feel for the game and make mistakes. What's the worse that could happen? They lose?

not really because kyrie was actually good.....d'angela is very slow can't finish and can't shoot.

Kyrie was the more talented player coming into the league, but he played for a shytty team where he was the only good player. The Lakers are in the same state (or you could argue and even worse state) than the Cavs were 4 years ago. Byron should be giving this kid the starting position and heavy minutes. They invested the 2nd pick in the draft for him. There's no reason he should be hindered like this. It's not like he is incapable of playing like Anthony Bennett was for the Cavs 2 years ago.

It's weird because it seems like when he coached for the Cavs he just let Kyrie do whatever the fukk he wanted
He's a lazy coach. He gives one guy the keys and doesn't give a fukk about the rest. Kidd, CP3, Kyrie, and now its Lou Williams and :flabbynsick:
