Lawsuit???

For sex between two consenting adults?????

GTFOH:heh: this why she stepped out on his bytch ass in the first place.

Steve wasn't married to him. If he wants money to dry his soft ass baby tears, he should ask his wife

This should be a law in every state

Would definitely make people think twice

Not a lawyer

But I thought Adultery laws are considered unconstitutional because of the right to privacy. The ones that are still on the books usually get dismissed because of it. But that's a random tidbit I learned from the fani Willis media hype when Trump's lawyers tried to pull that rabbit out of the hat

Fani is in Georgia. Not a lawyer but I believe North Carolina has a specific law to allow you to sue Homewreckers:pachaha:
I think Fantasia got sued also with this law years back.

Damn. I'm out of the loop with a lot of things.

You saying that fantasia got sued for being the side piece that broke up a marriage? Not even arguing just curious lol

Dont know what happened just know this is the first time I heard about that law

Fantasia Barrino was accused of being a "homewrecker" in a lawsuit filed by Paula Cook, who alleged that Barrino had an affair with her husband, Antwaun Cook. While North Carolina law allows for legal remedies against individuals who interfere with a marriage, such as through adultery, Paula Cook sought remedies like custody, alimony, and property division in her divorce filing, but not specifically through a "homewrecker" lawsuit. Barrino denied being a "homewrecker" and claimed she was not responsible for the deterioration of the Cook's marriage

didn't even know "homewrecker law" was a thing, but I think it's generally good as it discourages degeneracy even if at a surface level.

in addition - i think the unfaithful spouse should pay punitive damages/restitution under this law too :ehh:

I alluded to that in my comment in The Coliseum. He likely could have gotten that a more had he not put the situation on blast and went about behind the scenes.

Now he’s essentially played all his cards and the “genuine love” might to hard to prove since he literally admitted that wasn’t the first time she cheated and that they had been having issues before.

Steve probably would have broken him off some bread just so his wife and family wouldn’t have been embarrassed publicly and paying more in a divorce settlement.

You REALLY think Steve Smith was going to let himself be extorted..

Considering all he had to lose from it, you never know especially since he was dumb enough to put himself in that situation in the first place :yeshrug:

fukking the next nikka bish aint worth getting extorted..

As u see with Shannon Sharpe once you give the inclination you can get gotten. They sink the fangs in deeper..

Im sure steve would have just told his wife before agreeing to that
