I grew up 40 minutes away in Corvallis. My stepmom works in Eugene, had friends go to school there so I spent a lot of time there. I used to cheer for the Ducks before it was "cool" to cheer for the Ducks back when Rich Brooks was the coach and Phil Knight didn't even give a shyt about his alma mater. Now games are filled with rich alumni who drive down from Portland puffing out their chest like they have a strong football history and rednecks from the surrounding towns willing to fight other Duck fans. No thanks you bandwagon fans can have that team.

Should be a great game on Saturday.
