Impossible. There’s less than 10 gun deaths per year…in a country of 150 million people. To get a gun license you have to go through intense background checks, have to take all day shooting lessons, and a written exam. On top of that you have to renew every 3 years…and go through the same checks.

I'm talking about the fact that he built a gun from household items. I can see people using as a reason to say there is no point in gun control, because criminals like this guy will still be able to do this whenever.
