WWE is likely is still paying her downside guarantee until her contract is over next year. Makes sense on why she’s only be focused on her music mainly.
Preface this by me saying idk how wwe contracts work :hubie:
But isnt downside guarantee stuff for the talent isnt being booked in a story but still employed by the company? That way it still guarentees them income.
By her using the phrase "non compete" that means she no longer employed. Non competes usually mean you no longer employed by the company and that is their way of making sure they dont jump ship to a competitor immediately. This why ppl in the comments saying non competes are usually only 60-90 days. Maybe she used the wrong word or WWE just on bullshyt :manny:

I am guessing that she had time left on her deal and they let her go on the condition that she didnt go to another wrestling company for the remainder of the time she had left on her deal. Either way them cheeks is cheekin :wow:. Love the natural shyt, even the flaws. Matter fact the flaws let you know its natural.

A "downside guarantee" contract is a guarantee from an employer that a performer will receive a minimum annual income, regardless of their performance, injury, or status. So since she quit and wasn’t fired, they are likely paying her amount remaining on the contract or she agreed to a buyout with that non-compete.
