Nah man, you have to do so much thumbstick directing and then navigating menu option after menu option to do anything. You can even turn off your controller much easier on the Xbox one.
that PS4 UI straight up sucks
Examples? Because it sounds like you're just making stuff up and not refuting the article.
Let's compare:
Screenshots on PS4
Sharing a screenshot
Taking a screenshot
Press and hold the SHARE button for at least 1 second.
If you have your options set to easy mode, a TAP of the button takes a screenshot.
For Xbox
You can capture a screenshot by saying “Xbox, take a screenshot.” If you wish to use the controller to capture a screenshot, double-tap the Xbox button, and then press the Y button.
Now most people don't even have the Kinect so that's two button presses and a button. That's not even counting the fact that a clunky menu pops up that has to load.
Let's compare... say going to the Network screen.
For Xbox:
To get to the
Network screen, press the
Menu button on your controller, select
Settings, and then select
Network.
In the Network Settings screen, select Test network connection.
For PS4:
To test an Internet connection and display the results, select Settings> [Network] > [Test Internet Connection].
Let's compare creating parties.(PS4)
You can create a party and invite your Friends. When you create a party, you become the owner.
1.
Select
(Party) from the function screen.
2.
Select [Create Party].
3.

4.
Select [Create Party].
If you select [Make This Party Private] in step 3, select the players you want to invite on the screen that is displayed, and then select [Send Invitation].
If you did not select [Make This Party Private], wait for a player to join, or select
(Invite) to invite players.
For Xbox
Invite a person from your Friends list
- To return to theHomescreen, press theXboxbutton, or say “Xbox, go home.”
- Go to theFriendshub on the right and select theFriendstile.
- Select the friend you want to party with.

Your Xbox party will be snapped to your screen.
Note Pressing
