Can somebody tell me how Hamilton made the switch to being so god damn good? Did all the other drivers fall of or are Mersedes car really about that life and Hamilton being a better driver?
Hamilton has always been arguably the best or at least top 3 best drivers. the Mercedes car is the best one this year, so it looks like a Mercedes car will be winning the championship. Since Hamilton is better than Rosberg and they have the same car, Lewis looks set to win it all.

My nicccca you're talking about a driver who lost the championship on his rookie season by 1 point via a gravel pit in china, had a double champion (who was the reigning champion that year) who was regarded as schumacers heir to the throne pulling mad fugazi sh1te like holding up the pit stop lane, trying to push him off the road and complaining to the higher ups behind closed doors just to beat him. Hamilton came 3rd in his debut race ffs
Lewis is regarded as the fastest driver in 1 lap speed over everyone...hence the reason why he still got poles throughout the years even though he had a weak car for multiple years
You realise the only reason he left mcclaren was because of the consistency of them fuccing up...they ruined bare of his races via sh1tty pit stop strategies, fuccing up the pit stops and car failures.
Mcclaren also got sh1t at building their car and produced super weak cars for 3 years straight
Also, you're ignoring the fact that the past 5 years, vettel had a car that was retardedly better than the other cars on the grid by a country mile and the year before vettel won his 1st championship, button won his championship off the strength of ross brawn being ahead of the curve snd producing a car that was so better than the rest of the grids, the first half of that seasons results carried them to a championship even tho they had no right to win it because they didnt have the money to keep on upgrading the car like the other teams did

I don't follow F1 at all, so I have no clue about how it works. But reading this thread has me interested. What is it about the cars that set one apart from the other? I know drivers have something to do with it. Are there restrictions, or like regulations as far as what you can do to the engine, suspension , etc. Do certain tracks give different advantages depending on the car? Again I'm clueless so I appreciate the info.
