Its a little funny seeing people who normally play and have tolerance for those quirky and corny Japanese/Anime games, have a huge issue with the dialogue in this game.

That's the main reason I can't take the complaints around that shyt seriously.

That is the bestselling ps5 game chart. The general game sales chart is a better indicator of sales potential. Forspoken is not in the top 50 and we are a few days away from its launch.Games that do great are usually in the top 50 weeks before launch. Ragnarok,Forbidden west and Elden ring were all in the top 50 weeks before their launch.

Forspoken is only on PS5 and PC. I imagine in this case it being high on PS5 best sellers list is pretty significant right? God of War, Horizon, and Elden Ring are on more platforms(PS4 and PC/XBox/Ps4 in ERs case)

As for the dialog i think it fits in an unfortunate lane where nobody will really be happy with it.

We got the vibes from nasty cacs upset a black girl is leading the game.

But then her dialogue and story is kinda terribly written from a black people standpoint, so the good feelings of having a black female lead are kinda empty.
