As of now I’d honestly probably put this on the same level as Control (IMO)

Story is kind of whatever, but the abilities and powers is fun enough on its own. Probably a high 7 low 8 for me at the moment, which is more than i can say about a lot of games i played last year lol

Thats actually a apt ass comparison I think this will wnd up around there for me too. Im still compelled to play it which is a feat as Ive dropped so many good games out of boredom past few years. Still got spiderman/miles to finish and tlou remake

I swear the requirements were bullshyt I’m running on a 3070 laptop max setting with ray tracing and over 30 fps. I know a laptop 3070 is weaker than a desktop one. But I’m not complaining though since it runs better than a PS5.

I’m curious though anyone got this running they decks?

Just got to chapter 2. I like it so far.

The transitions are weird.

Combat is fire so far. Makes me want to unlock much more magic.

The banter doesn’t bother me. Some parts are funny. “Renaissance nightmare”

Does it have the lore and atmosphere of Control? That was its best asset. That, and RT/upscaling was done really well.

just started the game

just off the bat, the camera movement seems laggy and the fact that u can press X through the dialogue and make it choppy is a weird choice. Why not just make the custscene fluid, and if u wanna skip it, just press "skip" at the pause menu?

Yeah the fade in cutscenes are weird. But you should increase the camera movement, look at the video @Khalil's_Black_Excellence posted
