Like I said I helped to build this place, new JBO was through my lobbying in PCP's thread, when its needed I'll actually bring ideas to the table instead of being some stick in the ass conservative TLRer talkin bout some "puttin in work", nikka yall work some shyt that's why mods in yall asses. You wasn't dealing with that piece of shyt

Thats my Patriots stanWhat you're saying won't work though. People are heavily opposed to their threads being moved to different forums if they feel they can have their discussion elsewhere. They "make themselves at home" in certain parts of the forum. That is why the college sub-forum in HL collapsed, people would get upset when their threads would get moved from TLR to there and it had low traffic. At the end of the day, people on here want to do whatever they want and they don't want there to be ANY rules as much as they claim they do. They only want rules when they get personally annoyed or offended. If anything we do looks random it is because we are responding on an ad hoc basis as opposed to a wholesale policy because as soon as that happens we get called "repressive" or acting like the seum. In actuality, we probably don't do anything about 98% of reported posts.
TLR is supposed to be the general discussion forum. JBO is supposed to be where the fukkery is but when we move threads there...people complain that we sent them there to die. But we didn't make that place dead, the forum members did. Basically, no matter how you design the board, it will eventually become the way it is again unless we form some sort of consensus. Now I don't post all that much in TLR, so I can't speak to what this "crisis" is but it could probably be easily averted if people were susceptible to actually using the current sub-forums as they are designed instead of setting up shop in certain areas.

Like I don't really care in the first place..the funny thing about is is you'll never get these sub forums..but I guess this thread is cool to vent out ya anger..seems like a waste of time imo..

No anger, just suggestions. You said yourself I don't post in this section and I don't, I'm just offering an easy out for all parties. Doesn't matter to me if yall don't get an extra sub-forum(you'd only need 1 extra forum with my idea actually) this'll still be a trash section overall.
That's why ideas to improve the forum "you put work in" is a waste of time to you, whereas someone whose ideas and suggestions are stamped all over this place wouldn't think so even if I hardly use this section tho. You've made your position clear, now go "put in more tlr work"

I was talking about some of these things in our mod forum earlier today. I'm disappointed in how JBO turned out on here. I guess being lax on rules basically turned TLR into a hybdrid of jbo/the old trl.
I'd be hesitant to add forums when the ones we've added in the past didnt get used for what they were designed for. We thought about adding a ladies forum at one point but eventually decided against it. Also, we've tried locking trolls in JBO before, usually they cant handle it and end up suiciding their account via the tranny pic meltdown route.
I don't think JBO being closed unless your logged in has a huge effect on the amount of posts that happen in there. Its not like letting guests see it is going to increase the post count. It gets unlocked after like 10 posts so its not like some giant secret that cant be found
