They're overdoing this. This is what happens when a company relies this much on an in-house developer to much consoles

There is a bigger reason that you haven't taken into account.
Forza 5 was a launch title. Forza Horizon just came and went. No need to drop a Forza 6 later this year
Its not like anyone is saying they need a new one this year. So there has to be a reason for it
The reason is somewhat mind blowing. All I can tell you, think massive connected racing universe
Its gonna borrow some "style" from Forza Horizon, and its gonna rely on this Cloud heavily to create a racing experience like none ever seen before on this planet
