Holla at a lawyer. Their are lawyers that take shyt like this on contingency because it's such a slam dunk. The company isn't going to want the PR/media shytstorm and will just pay you off to sweep it under the rug

just spoke with a legal counselor for product liability...they said normally they wouldn't take on this case but the fact that the company wants the bottle back for "testing" leads them to believe it might be bigger than expected....told me to preserve the bottle and come in for a meeting ASAP....

Well, they can probably trace back where the bottle was filled, when it was filled and who was working during that time. They want to investigate when and how it possibly happened. a. Possible machine malfunction. b. Possible employee error. c. Possible employee malicious action. d. Possible juice source problem.
