Breh, no disrespect but this is really weird. This just isn’t a normal way to handle your love life… what made you even consider this as option? I didn’t know people did love spells irl. Lol!!!

I know you want a relationship so bad, but I don’t understand why, like what it is you think a relationship will give you that you can’t get while single… have you went to see a therapist yet?

The video discusses various ways women reportedly use witchcraft and love spells to influence men, drawing on anecdotal evidence and personal stories (2:16). The speaker, along with several individuals featured in clips, claims these practices are prevalent, especially in the Southern U.S., like Louisiana (2:20).

Key methods and substances mentioned include:

Period blood in food: Several stories recount women putting menstrual blood in food, like spaghetti or cakes, to make men obsessed or fall in love (11:22, 13:52). This is described as "blood magic" (12:30) and is believed to transfer portions of the caster's "soul" to the man, causing him to desire more of her (12:04-12:17).

Yeast from underwear in food: One specific example shows a woman putting yeast from her used underwear into a cake to make her husband think only of her (8:21-8:58).

Used underwear in rituals: Used underwear is considered potent due to containing body fluids, creating a "stronger energetic link" (29:30-29:41). It can be used for "sex workings, domination workings, control, obsession, or bindings" (30:00-30:06). Specific placements are mentioned:
Buried in the yard: To keep someone under influence or for relationship binding (30:44-30:50).

Buried at a crossroads: To release someone or control them from afar (30:53-31:00).

Under house steps: For dominance (31:02-31:06).
Under the bed: For sexual control, lust, or obsession (31:08-31:14).

Dipping used underwear in drinks: One person describes women dipping "crusty" used panties into a man's drink (34:07-34:27).

Personal items/DNA: Hair (from any part of the body), nail clippings, and unwashed clothing are also mentioned as items used to create a "biological link" for spells (40:27-40:48).
The video also highlights risks and backfiring consequences associated with these spells:

Spells intended to force love can lead to toxic obsession, stalking, or violence (6:56-7:47, 12:55-13:03).

A story is shared where a spell meant to keep a man from leaving the house resulted in him being put on house arrest (24:37-25:25), and when the spell was broken, the relationship deteriorated drastically (26:25-27:50).

One speaker advises against such practices, emphasizing self-love and attracting the "most aligned relationship" rather than forcing one (13:10-13:50).
It is cautioned that these spells can "backfire" or have unintended consequences (18:04).
The speaker advises viewers to be careful about who they eat from (12:19-12:22) and to protect themselves by not leaving personal items like underwear or hair behind (38:20-39:43). The discussion also briefly touches on the idea that men engage in similar practices (32:42-32:55) and that those who practice witchcraft must be prepared for the "backlash" or "consequences" (36:44-36:56).
