Not low but realistic breh, by no means do i expect it to be a given to live to 80+ especially as a man.

It's unrealistic because we are so used to the Western Diet where life expectancy is much lower. It's so normalized for someone to die at 62 and people will be like, "Hmmm he had a good run :ehh:"

It's not all about diet though, there's cancer that often doesn't discriminate.
