As a man in my mid'40's, I've been traveling for exactly 10 years now. On average, I take 5 short trips (4-6 days) and one long one (21 days) out of the country every year since 2013. I have never posted anything, anywhere online about sexual exploits or how 'easy' the women are in different countries. The financial aspects and many things are obvious and dont need to be repeated. I have to be honest and admit that my last two trips had me feeling a lot of self-aware than in the past. This whole youtube 'passport bros' sh1t has gotten out of control. My last trip to Colombia in December '22, had a black woman in the immigration line asked me if I was a 'passport bro'. I just pretended I didnt know WTF that was. There there was a whole discussion in the line from some English speaking Colombian women and some guys about the topic. I just ignored it. You can actually feel like people, locals even are looking at you differently.
The point is people are pissed. They know prostitution is legal/accepted but nobody wants to have their home countries be known as prostitution havens.
People dont want their women (esp true in Latin countries) being broadcast all over the internet as prostitutes. The locals are very proud people. Another thing it does besides being disrespectful, it makes even more difficult for the local guys as they dont have the means to compete. So, they are doubly pissed. In places like DR and Cartagena, a lot of black dudes go there with 'nikka' attitudes. They do the dumb shyts they see on their IG feeds but cant afford to do where they live, so they travel to act like boss nikkas (like making it rain but too many sh1t to go into). Worth mentioning, there are far more white boys esp from Euro countries visiting these places then there are single black men. Are they doing the same things on youtube? IDK but they dont get the negative publicity. Prob because they are not making videos calling American women worthless but who knows. Sorry for the long post
Honestly, we always knew this wasn't a good look and back in the days, we kept this on thecoli and off the social media sites but you got this new generation of clout chasers and everyone is watching everything and it blew up the spot like Freaknik. Think of all of the crazy wild things white folks got.
The minute ish gets hot, they stop talking about it like it no longer exist when it still does and they go every year. We don't got that card. If our spot is blown up like Freaknik, they just take it away. At some points, we gonna have to start realizing we are seen as global slaves and we get treated as ones too. We are only temporary Americans or temp gringos. No matter where we go. I felt like we used to know this just base on life experiences but these black mother only raised nikkas just got no tact or was raised right. They move like hoes and that will got you hurt and possibly killed as a Black man.
Whats funny is following the diaspora wars and mainly staying out of it, I realize most of the Anna for Africans and Caribbeans is this idea that ados/fba is permanent whites and they should be able to practice white privilege because they built this country. While they can't force whites to get in line, they feel they can with the other Blacks as they my proxy are benefiting from their struggle. It's almost makes sense till you realize it don't all other minority groups who come here get treated better than ados/fba so why would an African or Caribbean come here and want to be seen as them when they are immigrants and want the immigrated treatment which is superior. So it's a back and fore.
When it reality, Blacks are treated like global slaves everywhere and while when traveling, ados/fba gets the best treatment, they aren't sending till recently Pookie and Ray Ray who can screw up everything in one Tik Tok or Twitter post. I post on LSA, hoes be from around the world getting indoctrinated to the Black women BS that's in America. Globally and yes, their men are feeling the punch. All of them. They took is getting married later. They too is telling me most of these women are hoes. They saying the shyt we saying. shyt ain't all that different globally anymore. The same music I hear in Nigeria, I can hear in Los Angeles. This place is Strunk and ados/fba got one thing right, everyone is watching them more than anyone else, for better or worse.
