Money, and votes. I mean you can't keep the cities closed until further notice. The problem is the GOP is becoming the Trump party. It makes perfect sense to prepare for a reopening it's already starting in europe and shyt is basically back to normal in china. The problem it should be science driven not Trump driven. And the only reason he cares is because you can't have 30 million unemployed and win. So he figures he can decree that shyt reopen and gaslight people into going into crowded restaurants and shyt and everyone will be reemployed just in time for the election.

If he can pull this off then he literally deserves to be reelected but that would take a miracle.
