Per one of the articles on CNBC, best guesses on the price of this service would be about $45-$50/month, with it being no less then $30/month for sure even with promotional pricing.
Also, as others have said earlier, it doesnt look like this would include anything CBS (Paramount) or NBC (Peacock) related at this point.
