im not completely buying the "no pressure" narrative on bron. its the finals..and only one game is done. do they have much of a chance? no. but unless bron is just going to mail it in then there is more pressure on him, not less. theres no pressure in terms of "legacy" or whatever but thats about it. if i was blatt id consider starting bron at the point with jr and shump at the 2/3 offensively rather than throw delly to the wolves.

There really is no pressure on Lebron from the media's standpoint. Of course there's pressure on Lebron personally, he's an ultra competitor.

It only makes sense, I mean Bron practically handles half the PG duties even when Kyrie is on the court.

I think because it's Cleveland, and historically Cleveland has been cursed. And because of the injuries to his running mates, America is waaaaaay more accepting and compassionate towards a LBJ Finals loss, than they were when he was in Miami, where he was expected to win titles annually. Anything else was a failure. So I'd say he has less pressure now.

I agree.

I was alluding more to LeBron's internalized pressure. Sure, everyone knows the hand he has been dealt..but i doubt hes not putting pressure on himself as if itd be all good if he catches an L

itll be interesting to see what they start off with. they might start delly and just keep a short leash on him unless curry sits..we'll see
I honestly don't think too much will change regardless if he does start or not - he'll be primarily used as a spot-up shooter when he's on the floor with Bron. The best way to use him would be to leave him out there for 60-70% of the time Curry is on the floor and push the boundaries on how much contact/niggle he can get away with IMO, even have him full-court press as much as his body can physically handle. They basically have nothing to lose in this game, so they might as well use him as a disposable piece.

I agree. Im pretty sure they generally have their minute distribution set and in each rotation they can use..im more-so intrigued with which option they roll with first. They might want to start Delly to save Bron's energy a tad early on and hope Delly dogs out Curry a little then bring in JR and slide Bron even more-so to the point role when the pace slows down...unless Delly is on fire then they are clearly rolling with Bron/JR/Shump/TT/Moz as their money line-up. Tack on about 5-7 more minutes to JJ/Miller/Marion based on hot hand too
