Russell isn't elite at anything. He doesn't have great quickness, speed, agility, nor is he an explosive athlete. Was never sold on him in college. He doesn't have a great handle. He's not a great shooter either. He is an ok/good shooter, kinda streaky


Randle is extremely versatile/powerful. Can handle the ball, can pass it really well for a big man. He's a great rebounder. All he needs to do is develop his jumpshot and finish over his right shoulder more. He bullies defenders.


He wasn't allowed to shoot outside shots in college because of how the coach wanted him to play but he doesn't have bad form or shooting fundamentals. He just needs to work on it because he never was given the chance to shoot outside shots consistently. He broke his leg in his rookie season and that set him back too.
