Maybe 'Boys Don't Cry' is an incredible feat of musical genius that pushes the genre forward...maybe, I liked some of the sounds on here, but what the fukk is this? Interludes, limited content? Some instrumentation I liked....but this is far from a masterful lead up to an album, it is messy and meandering, and there's not even one track with the instant appeal of a 'Novacane', or 'Pyramids', which isn't a high bar. I hope his next album is at least on par with CO, but I tend to doubt it, even that album is overlong, with a few standouts. This shyt is just wack, as far as finished music.
