I keep telling people this all the time. The heat played BETTER without Bosh in that Pacer series. With Bosh not being out, Wade and Bron aren't forced to go super sayin and get their mojo back before the finals.

And this Pacer team is MUCH better than last years team. With the emergence of Stephenson and Paul George last years series really means shyt. There's very little comparison.....hence their 2-1 record against the heat this year.

Not to menton Wade being injured, Pacers have gotten better Heat have more or less stayed the same....

Both sides are playing their expected roles...pacers are the overmatched underdogs and it's Vogel's job to try his best to inspire his team by not prefacing the series as some futile attempt at besting an unbeatable Goliath, he wants them to believe they can win a title and this is just the next step on the way...Lebron is the "singularly determined and highly competitive star" looking for any and every slight real or imagined as fuel to dominate the upcoming opponent..

a back and forth between playoff teams is not uncommon... Vogel knew saying something like that would elicit a response from someone on Miami's side. Lebron is not as cocky as he could have been...

The problem would be on the defensive end. Pacers don't run a bunch of pick n rolls which the Heat excel at defensively. Keeping Hibbert on the block will cause problems for the Heat as far as stopping the inside scoring and rebounding is concerned.
