Has anyone ever been charged for mysterious international calls .

My second line has outgoing calls to the same number in the Netherlands

My homie like i look like calling to the netherlands I've only even left d.c once.

The calls started a month ago this shyt crazy cause i know he aint lying but do phone companies do this ?

Or is this some kinda other scam?
