Shante definitely promoted the album, his main method is to preview songs for a couple of weeks or months leading up to the project......then it's on to the next, that's how he operates. I think this is more so Gibbs feeling that itch of his mainstream appeal rising, he probably felt like since him and shante are so heavily toted and widely regarded that he gotta put more mainstream work in with the release but that's not how he rolls. Dame got him off that shyt forever most likely.
