Unfortunately that's probably never going to happen. Gibbs is friends with Baka which is why he threw that passive aggressive shot at Pusha T after "Duppy" dropped.
Fred.
Who in the fukk is baka ?
One of Drake's hired goons from Canada.
Fred.
And how do both Gibbs and pusha have ties with this person? Also what was the shot that Gibbs threw?
Pusha doesn't have a connection with Baka....Gibbs is friends with him. Which obviously makes him biased in favor of OVO....when Drake dropped "Duppy" Gibbs posted the next day "if you take more than 24 hours to respond, it doesn't count". Because Drake responded in 12 hours or whatever, and everyone was on Push's neck to respond just as fast.
Obviously Gibbs looked dumb as fukk when Pusha T came back with "The Story Of Adidon"....and when Drake completely bowed out of the beef.
Fred.
this is nowhere near those other 2 albums.Do you guys think this is better, worse, or equal to Shadow of a Doubt/You Only Live 2wice? I'm still not sure.
I love Gibbs' shyt and have been fukking with him since ESGN but I'm really looking forward to Bandana because I think we've had a run of similar sounding Gibbs for a minute.

Gotta agree, but on these types of projects he ain't really trying to rap. If you look at the lyrics on this, just the lyrics with no context....and compare them to the MF DOOM song he dropped the same day....you would swear it's not the same artist.
He's basically just creating "anthems" to tour off of and get the crowd hype. Same as stuff like "Lay It Down". It ain't meant to be some "let me break down the lyrics" type shyt.
I respect it for what it is.
Fred.
I can see/respect that.
It's a good way to look at it.
I'm sure it'll grow on me and I'll eventually like Freddie, but off the first few spins I just felt underwhelmed a little.
