Jay been working with NFL about 10 years due to his sports agency. He never boycotted. The halftime show was a bad look but JD and travis Scott both worked with the NFL anyway.

Roc Nation was started 6 years ago and he has always proactively separated himself from the company's NFL dealings. Quite likely because doing so would disqualify him from acquiring team ownership. So technically, Jay hasn't been involved with the NFL.
