I don't want to open the man up to scrutiny after a great album but he's pushing it :boshdistressed:

What I will say is this. He’s gaining some of that Doom fanbase. So it wouldnt really be wise for him to shyt on Doom in any capacity unwarranted being that he’s treading into Doom’s space.

Gibbs is dope as fukk but I do feel that he is overhyped alot on here. There's definitely better rappers in the game but let some dudes on here tell it you won't know.

Doom's strong point is that he's not a traditionalist on the mic. He has a very creative, almost inimitable, engaging rap style.

I think DOOM is better.

Freddie's flow may be more smother however DOOM's music is better and his bars are slightly better.

Not to mention DOOM's discography is better... Operation Doomsday, Mmm Food, Viktor Vaughn, Take Me To Your Leader, Madvillainy, Black b*stards (from KMD).

I'm not even really a big Doom fan...haven't listened to an album of his for years but his resume speaks for itself, Freedie is dope but outside of his projects with Madlib nothing else really impresses...lyrically he's not doing anything new...similar to Roc (who is good also) just rehashing old "gangsta / organized crime" rhymes.
