It is, and a bunch of songs are done. Blair Norf (producer on "Shadow Of A Doubt") said he heard a few of the songs and it's GOAT level shyt, but people need to be patient because you can't rush something like that. It's probably why he's dropping this in the mean time, to feed the fans.
