The way girls in the 2010s look at Taylor Lautner or the way girls in the 2000s looked at Zac Efron, that was Freddie Prince Jr. in the late 90s. Watching movies won't recreate the era. You'd had to have been old enough to remember it. I don't know how old you are. I was 11 in 1999. From what I remember it was boy bands, Britney Spears, Eminem, TRL, teen movies, Dawson's Creek, Freddie Prince Jr., Tom Green and Josh Harnett, among hundreds I'm forgetting. Dude was very popular.

I also turned 11 in 1999. That Late 90's/Early 00's period was when I really started paying attention to Pop Culture, so I definitely remember the Pop Culture (including all the references you made in your post) during that time period & it's very nostalgic for me.

But some of Teen/Young Adult movies & TV shows from that time period, I didn't watch for the 1st-time until I was older.
