if I'm Marquez I don't take the fight. What else does Marquez have to prove against Manny? He's had (I would say) 2 disputed losses and 1 KO over Pacquiao. If he fights him again he risks taking another L or him potentially KO'd himself (which was close to happening in fight #4). If Marquez beats Bradley that's the obvious fight, but for Marquez it's a risk he doesn't need to take and he can have the last laugh.

Money does talk and if he does beat Bradley then that's the next fight. But being it could've been the immediate next fight and he took less money against Bradley, I still think part of Marquez wants to put that behind him because after 4 fights, besides the money, what does it do for him? Get himself fukked up again at 40 yrs old?

They never had to? I guess than neither does Marquez. And since they never gave him an immediate one, he doesn't need to do that either.

Well, Marquez hasnt given him an immediate one either, hence his fight with Bradley. I think Marquez's ploy was to get another win in to maximize his profits in a 5th fight with Pacman. And thats cool, make the most of the win. However if he loses, he'll have taken a big gamble and that will hurt his positioning in a 5th fight. If he beats Bradley, he'll demand more from Team Pac, and probably get it. I think after Pac and Marquez's next fights, they should face each other if they both win- and it should be in Mexico and should be Marquez's last fight win lose or draw.
