This is what I'm thinking. There's stages to liver and kidney failure. Since he's young he may be able to recover but he would have to quit or wean off all that shyt he's on. If he continues he can go into chronic renal failure were he has to probably go on dialysis. If he fukks up his liver and its irreversible he's in a world of shyt. The liver is an important organ that makes things like clotting factors to prevent you from bleeding to breaking down proteins.

Ya once the liver goes u go, it can repair itself but your liver can go to beyond repair.

He likely doesn’t know how bad dialysis is, 3 times a week for the rest of your life and u on the chair for 3-5 hours. Horrible life, most commit suicide cuz they refuse to go anymore.

I think when u get high like that its because u trying to really mask some pain. Dude just really might have been in them streets heavy and that dirt weighed heavy on his brain to the point u gotta mask it with hard drugs.
