I guess for me that equals the playing field so that one class isn't able to get these degrees easier than another. Call me socialist or communist but I don't see this as bad.

In college I was in class with so many dumb cacs that was only there because their family had the bread to send them. I was from poverty and poor public schools and had more book smarts than them.

If they had to compete on an even playing field against folk from the hood even smarter than me they would be fukked hence the reason they don't want college accessible to the masses.
