Our conscious decisions actually move faster than our brain activity..they've done tests..we already know when we're gonna do something before the brain gets the signal..also it's so fast that our signal goes back in time..it's faster than the speed of light ..

it doesn't say that in the article. but logically that's the next step.

if they know a person's brain state determines their actions, why wouldn't you experiment on how to manipulate those brain states in order to achieve a desired outcome from a individual. :yeshrug:

that is really difficult to do with precision
sure gross whipping of memory with electricity or disorienting someone with a powerful magnetic blast, possibly, but precise manipulation of action, I don't see it
besides the interpretation of the results are poorly explained or exaggerated in this article
the preceding brain impulses may reflect anticipatory positioning by the mind which in turn influences ensuing action
it does not need to reflect a guiding yet randomly generated impulse

I'll respectfully have to disagree. The government has been experimenting with altering and controlling the brain states of people for decades, along with mind control experiments. Who knows the tech they've developed over the years. Although it's only speculation on my part. :yeshrug:

My view is that they can already do that. The govt does not release info unless they want it that way. I'm sure you know about the rail gun.

Did you know they have an implant to help PTSD vets with their memories? The picture is bigger than you give it credit for. I still would like to know who funded the study and even better, why was this announced in U.K. rather than here where it happened? I have yet to find it anywhere (that is why I mentioned cnn to show I've tried to look and it wasn't there). When it hits you the level at which they will go to to control us will blow your mind.

Google owns Nest, now drop cam. If you have wearable tech or a newish android they can track you anywhere.
