So he did it for free?? Or he got screwed out of his money??

The documentary was a journalistic documentary...

Journalistic documentary subjects don't get paid...

Even producers, the people who put the money rarely get paid...

18 people produced the Freeway Crack in the System Documentary
Freeway: Crack in the System (2015) - Full Cast & Crew - IMDb

You think they made money on the documentary?

A documentary subject will receive stipend for their time.

Free food, free transportation...that type of thing...

It's no different than a jounralist interviewing an activist regarding public education...the activist don't get paid...

An interview subject doesn't work for you. They aren't actors. They are telling their side of a story or a subject.

So yeah...the film game...plenty of things get done for free....now you know

It's like dude has been paying his dues in karma for the other half of his life. I can only imagine how different black neighborhoods in L. A would be if it wasn't for the crack era

Would be the same cos there was 100s willing to kill to take his place.

:dahell: Tariq interviewing drug dealers now?

I guess that Pro-Black money ain't as good as it looks.
There really isn't any money in being pro-Black. People are told that over and over again but people just love to say there's so much money in it as a way of accusing pro Black orators of being frauds who are just doing it for a check. If it was just about the dough then all of the pro-Black types would just be c00ns. :yeshrug:
