Being black French lowkey sucks. There’s no social mobility. It feels like black people over there rarely get into high paying or influential positions compared to places like the UK. And the sad thing is, there’s more black people in France than in the UK. I’ve also heard that in France your chances of getting a job can be affected just by your zip code.

a french accent is waaay too hard to get rid of. 5 years is way to short to go from sounding like Thierry Henry to Jude Bellingham

What a loud and wrong understanding of the world :dead:

People who speak multiple languages are like sorcerers to you huh :russ:

English is Onana's third or fourth language and he's lived in the UK for two years and yet

Silliness.

There are black everything in France. I go to several fairs a year and many exhibitors have black and arab people. I'm not saying all of them are in CEO and CTO positions but they are in every positions and I work in a pretty techy sector. I've seen and interacted with Black salespeople, PM, HR, IT and CSMs.

Dude doesn't seem to be that old either so how much time did he spend interacting with professionals overall ? Also considering he's been in the UK for the past several years, doesn't make much sense to me.

France is the worst ever colonial power..

they literally brain washed people so they could properly steal from them and made them worship all things French as Godly.
Talking to a Francophone African isn't like speaking to an English speaking African. Day and nite

I speak multiple languages and dapped the post. Being an American, it honestly slips our mind (if we ever knew) that they didn't just 'learn English'. They learned British English from jump. I'm told that I have a passable Parisian accent- never been to Paris, but I was taught by those who had.

That said, your attitude is shyt and when @Premeditated rightfully jumps in your ass, pause, I will likely lol-dap. :yeshrug:

When I went to Paris I felt like I had time travelled to 1782 😶

Black people were fleeing like slave patrol was on the loose.

South of France was way more welcoming however not as much diversity.

UK brehs basically we faced so much racism in the 50's from the skin heads and teddy boys that our grandparents used to walk with flick knives to defend themselves.

We still face racism but they know we will fight back. Look what happened when they tried to race march in London

Above the fray.
How old/young is this guy?
His experience is his experience, but it sounds very limited and he doesn't appear to be the age where he'd be in upper management positions, yet, to see corporate politics first hand. Or to understand what his favorite phrase "stand on business" means.

Wonder what the Black entrepreneur space is like in France, and whether he's aware of what those men and women are up to.
