You brought up the silly instance where the refs got 10 straight challengable plays wrong. If that was a legitimate concern (i.e. the refs are that bad), then you'd see more coaches using all 3 challenges (and i keep saying 3, because since in your example, the refs get that many challengable plays wrong, then they'd invoke the 3rd challenge more often)...but this doesn't happen, because your example is pure hyperbole.
