A lot of folks don’t eat healthy
That was just one of his homies showing him love
Even people who don't eat healthy wouldn't usually have heart trouble that young.
Most likely he either had genetic problems that made him prone to heart disease or drug/alcohol/smoking issues.
I also don't like the reel it makes the assumption that he was involved in the streets.
