Friday is better than any comedy movie written by a white man

Hmm don't be a menace is the funnier than any comedy ever to me. Friday is up there though.

It was more of a dramedy to me. The sequels are straight forward comedies though. Great movie.

Another dramedy. That's why people were upset with the movie. They see martin and eddie and expect a straight comedy. Even boomerang wasn't a straight comedy. People were upset that it was too much of a drama.

I laughed more during the movie Life than I did during Friday.

Not really. There are truly straight forward comedies out there. Plenty of them. dumb and dumber was already named in this thread as competition for Friday when they clearly aren't similar if you have seen both movies.

In fact, the whole movie is based around Mary and getting her the suit case.
