Take some cheesecake and shape it into a log , bonus if it's like cherry, strawberry, etc

wrap it in a tortilla like a burrito/chimichanga and seal it with egg wash

freeze it

then deep fry it. when it comes out the grease, dust it in cinnamon and sugar.

cut it diagonally and serve it with ice cream
