I respect the fukk out of any kind of nurse it’s a wild ass job mentally and physically. They should be getting paid 2x whatever they are getting paid right now.

My nikka I'm a big dude and more than half the people I take care of is 250+ dead weight don't turn/help. So what happens is you gotta use your all your might just to turn them then they be like "ouch" I be like are you serious.

I work with 99% females and most of them being older alot of them are just miserable (cacs) I mean they will complain about stuff you didn't know you could complain about. Imagine before you go to work your girl bytching at you for whatever now you gotta go to work and hear multiple girls bytch at you (not about you).

I’ve told people if they don’t want to work in tech or Engineering because of the pressure, they have no business working in Nursing.

I never worked in a home but did care for elderly family members and my ex was doing this at some point.

It was extremely stressful for me so I can only imagine what OP goes through with strangers.

It's irritating because they're ABLE once you start peeing on yourself it's no going back cause now you trained your bladder to just let loose. I got a Lady who knows when she pees she be up all day in her chair laughing having a good ole time and she won't go to the bathroom she'll lay her stank ass in bed then call to be change. And it's not like a little pee it's enough piss to feel up a gallon of water and maybe half of a second one. It's a lot of extra work for nothing.

Every once in awhile but nothing I would see as a constant issue. The rare chance you get a nurse with a body then maybe.
