I have a few good friends but time just separates people. That and I'm a very friendly guy but I'm very distant so I can't be dealing with building emotional relationships again. Im too much of a loner and cold hearted to have lots of friends. Sometimes I can't even stand the foolishness of the friends I have. If you get to know me, I'm friendly. I can understand that.

I'm blessed because in addition to my friends in Toronto, I have lots of people I can truly consider friends (meaning, they're loyal, honest, they look for me and vice versa) in various States and in Europe as well (I spent 6 years of my life there) & one who lives in Japan now. The distance sucks because we don't get to see each other often, but sometimes that also shows you how much the friendship means to you because we make time and a real effort to visit one another...and not everyone would put forth that kind of an effort.

My specific friends (of all ethnic backgrounds) are VERY racist towards Slavic people and when we get together, we talk shyt about Slavs. Our hatred of Slavs has brought us together and now we're all friends because of it.
