Give me one classic album produced entirely by Swizz Beats. Same for Trackmasters.
Most of those are some pretty awful singles listed there, especially the Swizz ones. And Mannie Fresh produced almost exclusively for Cash Money his entire career, of course Swizz and Trackmasters would have more hits, they worked with everybody![]()
When you have nothing left to say cause you know it's true![]()
Mannie couldn't make a hit RnB song though.
Mannie wasn't on Cash Money his whole career either. I understand youre a south nikka but you gotta stop being bias
I can accept people saying RZA, Dre.I'm trying to figure out exactly what the discussion is here. I said Mannie Fresh produced almost exclusively for Cash Money his entire career. Where exactly did I say he was on Cash Money his whole career? I understand you can't read, but damn
Plus, it seems like this is almost a sales >>> music discussion. I don't care that Swizz has more hits, his production style is dated as shyt outside of a handful of early stuff. I bet you equate a rapper making more money to being the better artist![]()
I own all those but his beats just never really did it for me overall...I'll admit he got some heat and he way better than "Swizz Casio"...but not in a dre /rza wayFrom 96 to 2000
Chopper City
Uptown 4 Life
All on U Vol. 1 & 2
How U Luv That Vol.1 & 2
Soulja Rags
Get It How U Live
400 Degrees
Guerilla Warfare
Chopper City In The Ghetto
I Got That Work
G-Code
That Block Is Hot
The majority of the beats on these albums are not only quality but classic, great and head of their time. Swizz can't hold a fukking candle to Fresh.

You admitted that Swizz and Trackmasters have more hits. They're also better producers too who could make more than a rap song
at you saying Swizz sound is more
dated. Manny was one demensional. At least Swizz could make more than just a rap song. No I don't equate to sales at being a better artist either. I was proving a point to @28 Gramz about classics.
I can name probably 8-10 CM albums thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish produced by Mannie. I can name 4 for Swizz Beats. Just cause Swizz places 15 different sounds on a beat doesn't make him "diverse" nor better. It also has nothing to do with me being from the south either (not even sure how you'd know that), cause Havoc & Alchemist >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Swizz Beats. I don't care if Swizz can "make more than just a rap song', he's a jack of all trades, and master of none. Again, you're equating producing for multiple genres for being better. You think Trackmasters and Swizz are better than Mannie just cause they produced Best Of Both Worlds, Unfinished Business, Pink Friday and some shyt from one of LL Cool J's worst albums???![]()
Mannie Fresh aint even better than Shock G, but somehow you're forcing him in that GOAT conversation
Love Manny but this is so far from the truth. Top 10 would be about right. Timbaland, Swizz Premier, Organized Noise, Dr. Dre, Trackmasters, Havoc were all better producers back then. Even though some were groups. Edit: How could I forget the Hitmen
